The Management plan
The Management Plan (web) is is a 46-page document, describing the management plan for the 5-year period from 1999 - 2005. It is also available as a .pdf download.
Site Visit notes
This is a 9-page document, giving a broad overview of the Hill, from history to future plans. It is designed to provide education notes to accompany a site visit, and will hopefully encourage those who have not yet visited the site to do so.
Creature Features
This is a 31-page document, containing 30 page-long features of the ecology of Portsdown Hill. They include articles about creatures, plants and conservation tasks. These articles began life as essays within the "Portsdown Preview", a newletter occasionally published and distributed from the Portsdown office.

Richard Jones, the Countryside Officer for Portsdown Hill, was asked to write an article for the "Hampshire and Isle of Wight Butterfly and Moth report 2005" publication.

Previews, or newsletters
Three or four times a year, newsletters are issued from the Portsdown Office. These give a guide to forthcoming events, and either a short report of the recent period, or other articles of interest. Some are available for download in .pdf format:
